Build executive capability as enterprise infrastructure.
CEOBAL Corporate Academy is designed for organisations that need more than seat licences: role-based pathways, private cohorts, diagnostics, custom content, live labs, reporting, governance and repeatable executive development.
Illustrative pricing architecture only. Enterprise fees depend on scope, users, geography, customisation, live delivery and technology requirements.
Sell around organisational priorities.
How a Corporate Academy engagement works.
1. Executive capability diagnosis
Clarify strategy, roles, target population, capability gaps and measurable outcomes.
2. Pathway design
Map programmes, assessments, live sessions, applied work and role-specific progression.
3. Commercial & procurement scope
Agree users, term, pricing, data, reporting, delivery, SLAs and responsibilities.
4. Launch & onboarding
Provision accounts, communications, baseline diagnostics and cohort calendars.
5. Learning & application
Digital learning, live labs, team assignments and executive application.
6. Measurement & renewal
Review completion, capability progress, business application and next-year pathway.
Give buyers visibility without compromising privacy.
Custom Academy work has a separate scoping and build fee.
CEOBAL should not give away curriculum design, solution architecture or platform setup inside the delivery price. When a client wants something bespoke, the discovery, design and build work becomes a paid product in its own right.
Discovery & Scoping
Stakeholder interviews, problem definition, audience analysis, outcomes, constraints, delivery model and commercial blueprint.
Programme Blueprint

Full Bespoke Course Build
Creation of a new client-specific executive course including content, exercises, templates, assessments and digital assets.
Multi-Programme Academy Setup
Architecture and build of a wider leadership academy spanning several pathways, roles, programmes and reporting needs.
Portal / Tenant Configuration
Branding, user roles, pathways, content mapping, reporting, onboarding flows and enterprise learning-environment setup.

Buying for an organisation?
Use the enterprise enquiry route for team licences, private cohorts, custom academies, multi-country delivery or institutional programmes.
How bespoke Academy work is priced.
Is the scoping fee the same as the course fee?
No. Scoping pays for discovery, problem definition and solution design. Course-build fees pay for creating the actual curriculum and assets. Delivery, seats, licences, assessments and support can then be priced separately.
Why charge separately to build a bespoke course?
Because a custom executive course can require research, curriculum design, SME/faculty input, case development, assessment design, templates, editing, production and review. Treating all of that as free pre-sales work destroys margin and makes custom projects difficult to scale.
Can a client buy the blueprint without commissioning the full build?
Yes. CEOBAL can sell a paid blueprint/discovery engagement first. The client can then decide whether to commission CEOBAL for production and delivery.
Can setup fees be credited against a larger contract?
Potentially, if commercially sensible and stated in the proposal. For example, CEOBAL could credit part of a scoping fee against a sufficiently large annual Academy contract without presenting the original design work as free.
What happens when a client changes the agreed scope?
Material changes should move through change control. New modules, additional countries, translations, extra integrations, new assessments, more review rounds or major content revisions can be quoted separately.
