Can CEOBAL build a company-specific version?
Yes. That work begins with a paid scoping phase. Custom questions, scoring logic, interview frameworks, dashboards and reporting are treated as bespoke intellectual-property and production work.
Is the assessment a psychological or clinical test?
No. CEOBAL Academy assessments are positioned as executive, leadership and operating-system diagnostics. They should not be represented as clinical, medical or regulated psychometric instruments unless a properly qualified instrument/provider is separately engaged.
Can results be used for executive development?
Yes. The strongest use is baseline → targeted intervention → reassessment, with privacy, role permissions and appropriate interpretation controls.
Can a board or enterprise commission this?
Yes. Enterprise scope can include multiple cohorts, executive sponsor reporting and recurring reassessment, subject to data-protection and confidentiality requirements.
