CEOBAL Partner Network

Scale distribution without losing governance.

The Partner Network creates structured routes for referrals, licensed delivery, institutional collaboration, faculty participation and international distribution while preserving brand, quality, privacy and contractual controls.

Six partnership models

Different rights require different contracts.

CEOBAL should not use one generic “partner” label for relationships with completely different commercial and risk profiles.

R

Referral Partner

Introduces qualified opportunities. Commercial terms, attribution, consent and eligible products are defined contractually.

C

Reseller / Channel Partner

Markets approved CEOBAL products within agreed parameters while CEOBAL controls product definitions and fulfilment rules.

L

Licensed Delivery Partner

Approved facilitators or organisations deliver defined CEOBAL content under training, QA, audit and brand requirements.

I

Institutional Partner

Universities, associations or professional bodies collaborate on programmes, credentials, research or executive cohorts.

T

Territory Partnership

A higher-governance model for market development where geography, exclusivity, minimum commitments and quality thresholds are explicitly agreed.

F

Faculty / Expert Network

Subject-matter experts support delivery, office hours, research or advisory under conflict, confidentiality and quality controls.

What a partner agreement should define

Territory, eligible products, pricing authority, lead attribution, commission/revenue-share rules, data-controller responsibilities, brand use, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, delivery standards, reporting, audit rights, termination, post-termination obligations and customer ownership.

Quality and certification

Delivery partners can be required to complete facilitator preparation, use approved materials, maintain learner feedback thresholds, participate in moderation and renew their authorisation periodically.

Technology layer

A future Partner Portal can provide referral IDs, pipeline visibility, approved collateral, licences, training status, commission statements, support tickets and renewal dates.
