Meeting Economics Calculator for executive cadence
Use the interactive demonstration to structure the issue, then open the deeper sections for interpretation, examples, implementation choices and enterprise options.
Interpretation, examples and commercial deployment.
The tool is deliberately only the first layer. Each section below explains how the result can be used.
What the calculation includes
Attendee count × loaded hourly cost × meeting duration × annual frequency. It deliberately excludes preparation, follow-up and opportunity cost, so the true organisational cost can be higher.
What not to conclude
An expensive meeting is not automatically a bad meeting. Executive forums that produce alignment, decisions, risk control or capital discipline can be extremely valuable. The useful question is whether the forum earns its cost.
Meeting redesign questions
- Does everyone need to attend?
- Which content can be asynchronous?
- Are decisions explicit?
- Are owners and deadlines captured?
- Can recurring agenda items be automated or exception-based?
Command Centre integration
A production version can connect meeting cadence, action closure, decision throughput and executive time to the Command Centre rather than treating meeting cost in isolation.
Scope an enterprise diagnostic.
CEOBAL can scope custom questions, scoring logic, cohorts, reports and implementation support. Discovery, build, integrations and recurring platform/licence fees are separated where relevant.
