Interpretation, examples and commercial deployment.
The tool is deliberately only the first layer. Each section below explains how the result can be used.
How the demonstration ranks initiatives
The demo calculates probability-adjusted annual benefit relative to capital and applies a modest strategic-fit weighting. It is intentionally simple: a real capital-allocation decision also needs cash timing, multi-year value, downside, opportunity cost, risk concentration, strategic options and funding constraints.
Example interpretation
A lower headline-return initiative can still deserve priority if it creates an essential capability, unlocks another strategic option or protects a material downside. The tool is a discussion framework, not an automated investment decision.
Enterprise build possibilities
Custom hurdle rates, NPV/IRR models, business-unit budgets, scenario ranges, stage gates, dependency mapping, approval rules and links into the CEO Command Centre can be scoped.
Commercial boundary
Custom financial modelling and implementation are separately scoped services. CEOBAL should not present a simplified public tool as investment, accounting or regulated financial advice.
Scope an enterprise diagnostic.
CEOBAL can scope custom questions, scoring logic, cohorts, reports and implementation support. Discovery, build, integrations and recurring platform/licence fees are separated where relevant.
